HIDDEN VOCATION

Physical and Psychocorporal

The body as path and as a vehicle

- Learning complet sets of physical and psychophysical exercises with three areas of development: Workout-Onset, Breakthrough, and BodyMindfulness.

- Methodology of physical and psychophysical work with muscular chain eu-stretchings and postures based on Mezieres, Antigymnastics, Diafreotherapy techniques.

- Identification of the relationship between Psyche and Body. Understanding one's own body and the "Psycho-body".

Psycocorporal & Emotional

Autodecoding: Unraveling emotions by changing the body

> The body as a physical and metaphysical manifestation. Body, anatomy, physiology, and psychospirituality. Ecology of the human body system: defensive compensations.

> Releases of emotions, traumas, hidden pains (old and new ones), which contribute to shaping both the body's form and function, as well as behavioral patterns; in other words, one's way of being and existing. Thus, it is a self-feeling of standing different and to experience different response to stimuli, factors, and problems that still incur a high cost. All of this can change one's relationship with the body and, therefore, the way one approaches life and the types of somatizations.

> Body and Psycho-Body: the Psyche, form, and structure of the blockages and materialized afflictions in the body. Understanding this in order to improve bodily well-being or assist in medical treatment processes.

> Being able to solve or to help to improve physical and psychophysiological problems and conditions where other techniques and methods fall short.

> Improving the psychophysiological posture, which is often overlooked in most body approaches.

> Gaining a broader perspective on how your armor is configured, and how your skewed breathing, posture, psychological character, personality, behavior, defenses, and many aspects of your being are interconnected, forming an "ego functio" that conditions your entire life. This "ego" is not only psychic but actually psychophysical, and it can be "tamed and trained" in our favor; however, it requires serious commitment.

> Why do I feel unwell? The debate on somatizations and the biopsychic and metaphysical component in the process of getting ill.

> No matter how much I explain it to you here, beacuse always happens that until you try it, you don't truly realize what we are talking about.

Psychocharacter & Egoperspective

Disidentification and reconstruction of the "Self" ( The "ME") through the body and psyche

> What is the EGO, how does it condition us, how is it structured, and how can we work to improve well-being: awareness, changes, and transformations. The false work on the ego that is currently in vogue.

> The work with the psychological character that is developed starts from the knowledge of the characterology of the Sufi Spiritual Enneagram, which involves a deep task of self-awareness. This work incorporates reflections, analyses, and psychologizing studies of the Enneagram, such as those by Claudio Naranjo, J. Albert, and other classic psychocaracterial approaches like Reich and Lowen, etc. The approach with the knowledge and deepening of the characters provides understanding and revelation to the psychophysical and egoperspective work.

> The practice of egoperspective and egoreduction is based on a series of psychological and emotional exercises derived from Sufi Psychology, and therefore with the option of a psychospiritual component as well. It consists of self-observation exercises integrated into a chronological sequence that promotes gaining self-perspective and awareness of behavioral and emotional aspects that are sometimes subtle but fundamentally determinant as they are manifested somatically. These exercises facilitate mapping the most manifest and uncomfortable part of the ego. A greater perspective and awareness of deep and daily automatisms are integrated with the character work and psychophysical release. The final result with these three areas is a more liberating and transformative knowledge of body-mind-emotions-ego.

> Gestalt dynamics of mirroring. Disidentification and reconstruction of the "Self" through the body and psyche.

Consciousness and Spirituality

The spiritual paradigm

> We primarily work with expanded states of consciousness through activated breathing, in a format similar to psychiatrist Stanislav Grof's Holotropic Breathwork, combined with surrender, dedication, and seeking protection from Sufi masters. With this technique, we enter expanded states of consciousness in which we access material from the subconscious and unconscious mind, as well as psychospiritual, spiritual, or metaphysical phenomena. Activated breathing brings forth psychic, energetic, and spiritual contents that often lead to transformative changes that are difficult to attain through other means. It is common for those who begin practicing this technique to believe (from their rationality and sometimes the arrogance it brings) that they have not achieved anything, that nothing has happened to them, and therefore lose interest and expectations. The Transpersonal paradigm does not adhere to the productive or profit-oriented structure of results or purely deductive or analytical mental and emotional interpretations. The results of the work with this methodology of consciousness expansion integrate with the other realms, resulting in a more conscious, liberating, and structuring body-mind-emotions-ego-soul. The program is designed to have an evolutionary structure that allows each participant to progress at their own pace and follow a common methodological thread within a group.

> Introduction to the spiritual paradigm: traditions, religions, pseudo-religions, and pseudospirituality. The possible fiction of ...fulness and neuro... and other commodified or trendy practices or pseudospiritual trends.

> Sufi meditations.

The Hidden Vocation

The sense of one's own essence

> Discovering what you are truly good at and you didn't know before.

> Investigating if you are aligning with your essence in what you are currently doing.

> Exploring which system of values, virtues, abilities, skills, talents, antitalents, limitations, and determinants you can develop projects based on and how.

> Professional projects, work-related, complementary, vocational, or personal projects.

> The hidden vocation as "antidote" of the weak points of the psychological character. The importance of the connection between hidden vocation and the psychological character.

However, the true mission for which we come to this world does not lie in a material, functional, and productive logic as it has been ingrained in us, especially in the "Western" world. Rather, it lies in our own spiritual essence. That is why many people feel a sense of emptiness or longing as they reach a certain age, without knowing how to soothe it. However, if they manage to embark on a process of "awakening" or are suddenly "called" to awaken, personal transformation processes and often radical life changes occur.
